Cletus is a member of The Bloodhounds in Manhunt 2 and appears only in Most Wanted. His weapon of choice is the Sub-Machine Gun.
During Most Wanted, he is the hunter who will break inside the shack which Daniel hides in, only to find out that Daniel has already left. After this, he will patrol the alleyway leading to the drain sewer.
