Blackwell is a small, industrial island with a sugar factory and docks in Manhunt 2. It is the setting for the flashback level Best Friends, where Leo had to kill Michael Grant and escape from the island with Danny from the Project Militia.

Blackwell is situated in a bay (probably Blackwell Bay) and surrounded by lowland and a port located on the other side of the lake. The area of the island could be based on Lake Pontchartrain which is north of New Orleans.
